The process of deploying seafarers to work on board the vessels by BACH NGHE SEAFARERS JOINT STOCK COMPANY (BCM) is summarized through the following steps:
1- Identifying customer needs
2- Checking the availability of standby seafarers who can meet the requirements
3- Recruiting when the number of standby seafarers is insufficient
4- Conducting interviews to determine the competence of seafarers to meet customer requirements and identify training needs
5- Providing training based on customer and training needs.
6- Reviewing seafarer records, including health check and validity of seafarer's documents
7- Presenting the CV of the seafarer to the customer for approval and/or interview
8- After receiving customer acceptance, BCM will continuously coordinate with the customer to carry out relevant procedures such as completing documents, files, visa applications, and flight tickets, to ensure that seafarers are ready to board.
9- During the seafarer's arrangement to board, BCM maintains continuous communication with the seafarer, ship owner, and ship agent to ensure a safe and smooth boarding process.
10- Similarly, when a seafarer leaves the vessel, BCM maintains continuous communication with the seafarer, ship owner, and ship agent to ensure the safe and smooth departure of the seafarer and family reunion.
